Created and posted by Lyle Hatch, AKA "Boring Old Guy", this reel/TikTok showcases the Meet and Greet event I initiated, planned, designed, and oversaw. I wrote and directed marketing materials, organized a raffle event, created signage, and hosted the event, moderating questions and conversations with Lyle.

One of the final posts I made on behalf of Lyle, this compiles various clips from across his social media platforms to introduce new viewers to the channel. I edited the clips, added music, and captioned the post. It shot past 100k views on Instagram and Facebook, drawing in new followers and propelling future posts for months.

I sought out and messaged this creator and assisted in planning a time for them to get together to create collaborative content at the Oregon Coast King Tides. This collaboration has led to more between this group down the road, including the Abiqua Falls series viewable under the "Social Media" portion of my website.

I couldn't help but get a clip of Mount Hood while at the Portland Rose Garden. It rises up so majestically over the scenery! I aimed for a simple and relaxing post of the scene, with music and captioning to complement it.

While at the base of Abiqua Falls, I prompted Lyle and his friend Nicole to share some fun facts about the falls. It turned into a great video with some interesting info on the spot, and I experimented a bit with layering footage. I also took care of the music selection, thumbnail, and caption.

I caught this sweet moment of Summit refusing to leave the trail. She was having too much fun! The only person who could coax her to the car was Lyle. One thing people love most about Boring Old Guy is that he reminds them of their own grandparents, especially when their own are no longer around. I took a walk with Lyle hoping to provide a POV for viewers to feel like they were walking with a grandparent, listening to all the different thoughts on his mind.
